Mix brown sugar, syrup and water in a saucepan. Boil the mixture.     Add the shortening and allow it to melt. Knead possibly the rest of the flour.     Roll out the dough thinly and remove the cookies with dimensions. Place on greased baking sheet or parchment paper. Bake the cookies in the oven at 175 ° C, 6-8 min.     Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet. Keep the jar at room temperature or in the freezer.
