In Sweden we bake gingerbread at Christmas, and the recipe for gingerbread is

Mix brown sugar, syrup and water in a saucepan. Boil the mixture.     Add the shortening and allow it to melt. Add spices.     Leave the mixture to cool without stirring.     Stir in the bicarbonate and 3/4 of the flour. The rest is used to utbakning.     Wrap the dough in plastic wrap. Let it stand cold for the next day.     Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.     Knead the dough until smooth on floured table. Knead possibly the rest of the flour.     Roll out the dough thinly and remove the cookies with dimensions. Place on greased baking sheet or parchment paper. Bake the cookies in the oven at 175 ° C, 6-8 min.     Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet. Keep the jar at room temperature or in the freezer.

In Sweden we celebrate sankta lucia i really don't know why we celebrate it but her a text that explains why we celebrate it.
Lucia celebration in Sweden is a custom that originated in folklore, legends and historical facts. She will light when it is darkest and reminiscent of our Christian hope.
It is a christian thing and i am not christian so that maybe explain why i don't know.

Hi,I live in an urbanization on the outside of Vidreres.My house has got only one floor with 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,1 kitchen and 1 living room. My house is small but i've got a huge garden,with a pool,a garage ,a barbecue and a lounge.In sumer it's very nice to have a big garden and a pool because it can be about 40ºC .
